Each reseller should do all billing services, administration and credit checking directly; you can contact our support in case you cannot solve technical problem by yourself.

HOSTEX system allow to host and resell not only web sites, but also to resell a space for web pages. This could be done easily using HOSTEX password protection.

Hostex takes no responsibility for clients' payment problems and their misbehavior.

Hostex is aware about the possibility client might not know about the real service provider.

Note! All virtual servers your clients have actually belong to the Reseller. If any problem with the Reseller payment occurs Hostex will revoke all virtual servers what belong to this reseller.
